Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned after the 30-day return period

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process

Plant-Specific Returns
Live plants require special care during return shipping. If you need to return a plant:

- Package the plant carefully to prevent damage during transit
- Returns are accepted only if the plant is in viable condition
